Scott D Mason MNAEA - Director
Scott has strong property knowledge of his home town of Chelmsford and has over fourteen years experience in a career which he started as a YTS apprentice for Black Horse Agencies. Scott is a keen Leyton Orient supporter so he must have a good sense of humour! Scott also enjoys mountain biking spending more time falling off his bike than staying on it and recently become the proud owner of a 1970 early bay VW camper van, in which he plans to escape to the West Country in when not at work.
Joanne Williams - Director
Joanne boasts a wealth of experience and knowledge in both estate agency and financial services. Being a qualified Financial Adviser she is able is assist in all aspects of situations faced within this complex industry. Joanne lives in Chelmsford with her partner and three children. When not at work Joanne likes to practice yoga, ballet and has been seen occasionally rollerblading her way around Chelmsford in an effort to keep fit!
Merrick Allen MNAEA - Director
Merrick started out his career also with Black Horse Agencies in Chelmsford where he first met Scott and Joanne. Merrick is passionate about quality service and was the Home Partnerships first qualified member of The National Association of Estate Agents. Merrick lives with his wife Tara and his two young daughters in South Woodham Ferrers. When not at work he very much enjoys family life and tinkering with his beloved classic 1961 Land Rover.
Lee McGoldrick MNAEA - Senior Property Consultant
Lee is a passionate and highly motivated consultant who gets a real buzz from matching people to property. Lee has been an integral part of our team since he joined us in 2007 and his ability and local knowledge is second to none especially in the sale and marketing of leasehold property. He builds excellent relationships with our clients and has a photographic memory when it comes to telephone numbers and postcodes! Lee lives in the market town of Maldon and previous to joining us has had a corporate agency background. When he's not at work he enjoys going to the gym, attending martial arts classes and being an armchair Arsenal supporter.
Stacy Walpole MNAEA - Senior Property Consultant
Stacy joined us in 2009 and has worked for 8 years in estate agency. Stacy has a key role within the office ensuring that all buyers are contacted regularly whilst on their search to buy a property. Stacy uses various methods to keep in touch with our buyers which include SMS text messaging, email alerts and of course the good old fashioned telephone! Stacy is looking forward to developing her career on the market appraisal and valuation side of Estate Agency so that clients can instruct her to market their properties as well as finding them one to buy. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her niece and nephew and often enjoys socialising in Brentwood!
Jo Stewart - Branch Administrator
Jo has a key role within the office being responsible for all administration duties. In addition to this role she creates property details and window cards, along with preparing all property adverts for the local press. Her efficiency is what makes the office run so smoothly. Jo lives locally with her husband Tony and her two children and when not at work enjoys getting out on a Sunday morning to cheer on her son at football as well as trying to catch the odd show in the West End with her daughter. Jo also likes to attend the annual British speedway GP at the Millennium Stadium!
Steven Burnside dip DEA - Senior Property Consultant
Steven Joined us in September 2010, having recently married his wife Alex. The directors have known and worked with Steven for many years and have had a large influence in his learning and career development over this time. He has had a diverse property career which started as an office administrator at a busy corporate Estate Agent in Duke Street, at the age of 16 and has gone onto include property auctions as well as management roles in residential sales. As well as being highly experienced within residential sales Steven is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and carries out the required Energy Performance Certificates for our home owners when marketing commences. Steven loves aviation and is currently obtaining his pilot's license where trips have taken him to France for a spot of lunch! Steven's other passion is world war two history, he is the very proud owner of a fully restored 1945 American Jeep which has occasionally been seen cruising Duke Street on sunny days.
