We are thrilled to share the news that Jessica Tucker, Property Administrator at the Chelmsford office has followed Michael this year in securing a nationally-recognised industry qualification, joining the growing number of qualified and licensed agents at The Home Partnership.

Jessica has successfully passed the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property which is the required qualification for entry to the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

Scott said… “It’s a real credit to Jess in passing her technical award as some of the modules she was tasked with are not day to day tasks Jess is faced with because of the size of the sales team in place at Chelmsford. However, she deservingly now has formal recognition for the sale of residential property”

The NAEA operates alongside three of the property sector’s other leading professional bodies: the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), and the Institution of Commercial & Business Agents (ICBA).

The NFOPP Awarding Body is accredited by the government’s Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, and offers nationally recognised qualifications across all disciplines in the property sector.
