Useless when it's warm...

 

Many agents do freebies but surely they’re not handing them out on the streets when it’s minus 15 degrees (or at least that’s how cold it felt!).

 

All of the team have been getting up out of bed early this week and hitting the streets before it’s even light putting a branded ice-scraper on the windscreen wiper of all the cars in the Old Moulsham area of Chelmsford.

 

We were inspired by an article we read last winter written by Richard Rawlings about how many Estate Agents offer FREE gifts, but an Estate Agent that would go the extra mile would be the one that’s remembered!

 

The thanks has been flooding in this week from the local residents, some even requesting another scraper for a second vehicle and others having it as a topic of conversation at the local primary school.
