This is the most popular service. We can do everything, including if required locating a suitable property for you to purchase for letting. This service level is in great demand for both professional and first time landlords.

*Estate agents are required by law to fully observe and comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. In order to complete and comply with these pieces of legislation we must carry out some independent third-party checks which are cost incurring. This Includes, but not limited to; Satisfactory evidence of identity of all beneficial owners, and land registry documentation. Therefore, a small Customer Compliance administration fee of £25(inc VAT) will be payable and is required before we can proceed to market any property. This charge will rise to £35(inc VAT) for overseas clients.
As an integral part of the community, we’ve gotten to know the best professionals for the job. If we recommend one to you, it will be in good faith that they’ll make the process as smooth as can be. Please be aware that a small number of the parties we recommend (certainly not the majority) may on occasion pay us a referral fee up to £200. You are under no obligation to use a third party we have recommended. Please note that the Home Partnership do not take referral fees for contractors services relating to property maintenance.
