Following a fast-paced and exciting start to 2026, we’re looking for a confident, people-focused individual to join our team and help bring our properties to life for potential buyers and tenants.
This isn’t just about opening doors – it’s about creating a great experience. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes people into what could be their future home, guiding them through properties, answering questions, and helping them picture the next chapter of their lives.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll spend your time hosting property viewings (as a Viewing Ambassador), ensuring each appointment runs smoothly, professionally, and securely. From charming first-time buyers to seasoned movers, you’ll play a key role in helping people find “the one.”
On days based in the office, you’ll also support the team by handling calls, booking viewings and valuations, registering applicants, and helping keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

You’ll be:

Organised with great attention to detail
A strong communicator with natural people skills
Reliable and motivated, with a positive attitude
Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential, as you’ll be travelling between properties.
When you’ll work:
Every Saturday: 9am – 5pm
One weekday (agreed): 9am – 6pm
Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods or holiday cover
Where you’ll be based:
Our Duke Street office, working alongside our friendly sales or lettings teams. Full training will be provided, so you’ll feel confident from day one.
