- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) by third party
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) by third party
- Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (GSC) by qualified engineer
- Fire Risk Assessment arrangement by third party
- Annual Lighting 3 Hour Tests by a NICEIC Electrician
In Person Checks
We will carry out the following aspects in person:
- Assisting in HMO new & renewal licence applications
- In person weekly Fire Alarm system checks/testing
- Emergency Lighting monthly checks in person
- Fire Safety Equipment Checks by Home Lettings once a month
- Attending Council HMO Environmental Health Inspections
- Initiate and maintain logbook records of all checks
- Regular communal and room inspections by Home Lettings
