When we decided to open a second office, we explored several locations, including Basildon, Colchester and Southend. In the end, the choice was simple. Rather than expanding into a completely new area, we wanted to strengthen our presence where we’re already recognised for helping people move with confidence.

Opening an office in the heart of the city gave us the opportunity to become an even bigger part of the local community while specialising in the exceptional, design-led homes the area is known for. Today, our city office is dedicated to serving just over one square mile, allowing us to offer unrivalled local knowledge and a highly personal service.

Old Moulsham is our newest Home in Chelmsford, we opened our doors in 2022 and we’re loving it!
