We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with an expected start date of July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities:
Within the company, day to day duties will include; general administration for sales and lettings property files, preparing and sending letters and documents, creating and maintaining property files, ensuring all files are accurate and compliant, data entry using company software systems, drawing property floor plans, selecting photos for property brochures, answering phone calls & handling enquiries from colleagues and clients, taking information from prospective clients.
Working Hours:
The successful candidate will be required to work 8:30am-6pm Monday-Saturday, with a set day off during the week. This is a temporary maternity cover position.
Location:
This role will be based across our Duke Street and Moulsham Street offices in Chelmsford City Centre. As our office includes several departments within the company, this role offers valuable insight into the wider property industry.
