At the very beginning of the year we found our dream home but there was a snag - in order to secure it and make it ours we had to put our house on the market, find a buyer, exchange contracts and complete all within four months; and that’s where Home Partnership came in following a friends recommendation. We contacted Home immediately and within days our house was on the market. We had several early viewings and a steady stream of interest and we received an offer in from a lovely couple who were first time buyers.
Home Partnership worked tirelessly to ensure that everything flowed smoothly. From the mortgage advice offered through Jo and her team through to the arduous efforts of everyone in the team we were not only able to meet our four month deadline but thanks to all at Home Partnership we smashed it by over a month and moved in to our dream home. The house and its location are perfect for our family and we are so happy to call it home. Would we be living here now if we had used another agent? Possibly - but in honesty I sincerely doubt it! As far as we are concerned (and as cheesy as it may sound) Home Partnership took our dream and made it a reality and for that alone we are eternally grateful.
We are not saying that every sale will complete in three months as ours did but if you are making the biggest purchase of your life then you need to give yourself the biggest chance of doing it right and as far as Home Partnership are concerned there is no uncertainty in my mind that they are the best you can get in Chelmsford, Brentwood, Essex and beyond.
From the start of the process HOME are great. Steve is a top notch appraiser and says it as it is, communication is transparent and the photos which were taken were superb.
At point of Sale Michael is always on hand with feedback and advice.
Then finally onto Jo who guides you through the sale process, she was brilliant.
The thing about home is they always pick the phone up, this is contrary to other competitors.

HOME did a wonderful job finding us a buyer at asking price, in under 2 weeks from the advert going live. We were on with a different agent previously, they came in with a revised plan of how to market, and found quality potential buyers from the get go.
