At the very beginning of the year we found our dream home but there was a snag - in order to secure it and make it ours we had to put our house on the market, find a buyer, exchange contracts and complete all within four months; and that’s where Home Partnership came in following a friends recommendation. We contacted Home immediately and within days our house was on the market. We had several early viewings and a steady stream of interest and we received an offer in from a lovely couple who were first time buyers.

The house and its location are perfect for our family and we are so happy to call it home. Would we be living here now if we had used another agent? Possibly - but in honesty I sincerely doubt it! As far as we are concerned (and as cheesy as it may sound) Home Partnership took our dream and made it a reality and for that alone we are eternally grateful.
We are not saying that every sale will complete in three months as ours did but if you are making the biggest purchase of your life then you need to give yourself the biggest chance of doing it right and as far as Home Partnership are concerned there is no uncertainty in my mind that they are the best you can get in Chelmsford, Brentwood, Essex and beyond.
